Friday was intense:
I took a few days after we funded before I wrote this to both reflect and to take my son to see a guitarist that is his hero. There are few things to instill decompression than finding time with the people who are your motivation.
So from the bottom of my heart thank all of you. The digital rewards and survey will be out shortly. Before I do any of that let me explain the gratitude in my heart at the moment.
We came into Friday not at aimpossible Percentage, but the movement was slow. A lot of people pledged along the way and it is easy to loose sight of all of that, they mean the world to me. However at the last minute there were a few creators who bombed every social media they could, backed themselves, and crosspromoted to bing a lot of new eyes, people from around the world and closeby. It was an uplifting experience to know that the independant comics community had that much soul and motivation to help one us.
There are times in life when people show you they are worth all of the effort. Even when you may be challenged to do more.
